At House of Tuhina, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. The handmade nature of our jewellery means that slight variations in colour, texture, beads, pearls, metal elements, and finish may occur. These nuances are inherent to the craft and make each piece unique.
Every order undergoes a quality check before it leaves our studio.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the event that your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect product.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with its original packaging and barcode tag intact and untampered with.
Products explicitly marked as Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This applies only to products/orders specifically marked as Sale and does not include orders placed using promotional discount codes.
Return Procedure

Please contact us at support@houseoftuhina.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and barcode tag with our team.

Our Quality Control team will review the photographs and determine whether the product is eligible for return.

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected, subject to courier availability in your location.

Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection.

Upon successful verification, we will arrange a replacement with the correct or undamaged product.
House of Tuhina will bear the return shipping cost for approved returns arising from damage in transit or an incorrect product received.
Our collection facility is currently available only in select locations across India. If your location is not serviced by our courier partner, our team will provide instructions for self-shipping the product back to us.
Products must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition. House of Tuhina cannot be held responsible for products damaged during self-shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided only in the following circumstance:

If a package is lost in transit and we are unable to provide a replacement within 7 days of receiving notification.
For all other approved returns, House of Tuhina will provide a replacement rather than a monetary refund.
Returns & Refunds Not Applicable In The Following Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

The delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.

The order is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier partner.

The package is refused by the recipient.

Sizing issues. Please review the applicable size guide carefully before placing your order.

Products that have been worn, used, altered, or returned in a damaged condition.

Products explicitly marked as Sale.

Minor variations in colour, design, texture, beads, pearls, or metal elements. As our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations from the product images are an inherent part of the craft.

Products that are found to be free of defects or damage following inspection by our Quality Control team.

Returns that have not been reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.
Sizing
We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the right fit. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues.

Authenticity
All products sold through House of Tuhina are guaranteed authentic. We are unable to comment on the authenticity of products purchased from sources other than houseoftuhina.com.
For Domestic Orders - Within India.
The dispatch time is 5-7 Working Days
Delivery time ranges between 3-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
For International Orders - Outside India.
The dispatch time is 5-7 Working Days
Delivery time is 7-10 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.
These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.
Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.
All international orders are non-refundable
VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
No Refund and exchange on during Discount.
- House of Tuhina jewelry is completely handcrafted at our workshop by skilled women artisans. The inherent irregularity adds to the beauty of our handmade art.
- All jewelry should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture & extreme temperatures. Keep in zip lock packets for long lasting lustre.
- Make sure your jewelry is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enameling or mirror work.
- Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc. to clean you jewelry.
- When dressing, jewelry should always be put on last as makeup, cosmetics and perfumes can cause damage to delicate items.
- All stone jewelry requires extra care and consideration during wearing to protect the setting as well as to safeguard the gemstone it holds.
