Before you return a House of Tuhina product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by craftsmen in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The beads therefore may vary slightly. Metal Beads & pearls are always different from each other. All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product, you must return them in the exact condition in which it was received (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag, must not be tampered with).
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Please E-Mail at support@houseoftuhina.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the House of Tuhina QC team to decide whether the product is eligible for return or not.
- Once our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product.
- Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product.
- We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about.
- Our collection facility is currently available only in select locations within India
- Self Shipping: In case your location is not serviced by our courier partner, you would have to ship the product(s) back to us. On receipt of our company, the product will be inspected and quality checked.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE
Packages lost in transit and we are unable to provide a replacement within 7 days of notification.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- The package refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use metal beads so there may be some variation from the images on our website.
- If the jewellery is found not faulty or damaged by our QC team.
CANCELLATIONS
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.

All products sold on this website are guaranteed authentic. However, we are unable to comment on the authenticity of items not purchased from www.houseoftuhina.com.
The dispatch time is 5-10 Working Days
Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
For International Orders - Outside India.

Delivery time is 5 -7 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.
These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.
Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.
All international orders are non-refundable
VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

- House of Tuhina jewelry is completely handcrafted at our workshop by skilled women artisans. The inherent irregularity adds to the beauty of our handmade art.
- All jewelry should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture & extreme temperatures. Keep in zip lock packets for long lasting lustre.
- Make sure your jewelry is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enameling or mirror work.
- Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc. to clean you jewelry.
- When dressing, jewelry should always be put on last as makeup, cosmetics and perfumes can cause damage to delicate items.
- All stone jewelry requires extra care and consideration during wearing to protect the setting as well as to safeguard the gemstone it holds.
